After earning his MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, Charles transitioned into brand management, general management, and marketing positions at prominent companies including Kraft, Domino’s Pizza, Sara Lee, Glanbia as their Chief Brand and Marketing Officer, and is currently the CEO of Evlution Nutrition LLC.
Throughout his career, Charles has successfully built and grown iconic brands such as A1 Steak Sauce, Kraft Mac & Cheese, Sara Lee, Ball Park Franks, and Optimum Nutrition, which he helped expand into a billion-dollar global brand. His expertise in brand building, strategy, and innovation continues to drive growth and success in the organizations he leads.
