Blair Bekker is a human resources and organizational development executive with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations develop leaders, strengthen culture, and build the capabilities needed to navigate growth and change. She currently serves as the Head of Talent Development at Chewy, where she leads enterprise talent development and workforce capability initiatives. Blair also serves on Chewy’s HR AI Innovation Board, helping shape the responsible use of artificial intelligence to enhance the employee experience and workforce development.
Blair earned her MBA from Florida Atlantic University and her bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. In addition to her role with Make Our Schools Safe, she serves on the Human Resources Advisory Committee for Congregation Kol Tikvah, where she supports strategic people and organizational initiatives.

As the mother of two young children, Blair is deeply committed to helping create safer schools and stronger communities for the next generation.
